Glass doors open to a dining area with a door to the terrace; a formal dining room with sea views leads to the kitchen. Five doubles, two twins and a single, each with its own bathroom, on the first floor and a mezzanine.

An 18 x 9 m pool, 3 m deep, with loungers, deckchairs and an outdoor changing room, in a garden with outdoor dining and lounge areas. Parking for ten cars.

About 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Ercole and 6 km from the Argentario golf club. Orbetello is 6 km, Porto Santo Stefano 12 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 142 km away.
