The villa
A family house on a secluded estate above Porto Ercole, with views over the fortress, its two harbours and the Tuscan coast. Handmade cotto tiles, white sofas and drapery, antiques mixed with modern pieces. A cook and maid are included.

Ground floor: a wide living room with two lounge areas, a home cinema corner, a veranda with dining area along two sides, a twin and a staff single, and a well equipped kitchen. Upstairs: a master bedroom with terrace and two bathrooms, and two doubles with en suite bathrooms. Two annexes each hold a twin or double with bathroom, one with kitchenette.
Outside
Gardens and terraces shaded by olive, cypress and fig trees. An 11 x 6 m pool in a quiet corner, with a pool house and an annex with sofa bed on request. A patio with two tables for 16 and a lounge with chaises and a hammock on the lawn.

About 1.5 km from Porto Ercole and 2 km from the beaches of La Feniglia and Cala Galera. Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano are about 4 km, Grosseto 50 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 130 km away.
