An estate on a hill that once housed cloistered nuns, near Magliano in Toscana, with 80 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and forest overlooking the Maremma and the Argentario coast. Stone walls, towers and timber beams meet contemporary comfort.

Seven suites with king size beds, many with fireplaces facing the bed and private roof terraces: a two level presidential suite, tower rooms with ceilings up to 9 m, an 80 sq m room with three king beds, and a suite in the old stables.

A saltwater infinity pool, 30 x 5 m and 2.8 m deep, framed in stone, wood and iron and lined with hand painted tiles. A spa with jacuzzi, steam room, massage area and yoga space, stone vaulted wine cellars, a tennis court, stables with horses and donkeys, and a helipad.

4 km from Magliano in Toscana and 5 km from Colle Lupo. Orbetello is 26 km, Capalbio 27 km and Saturnia 33 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 152 km away.
