The villa
A modern single storey house in the fenced, guarded pinewood of Roccamare near Castiglione della Pescaia, set in a private garden a short walk from the sea. Seven bedrooms, all on one level with their own access outdoors.

A living room opens to the patio; the dining room has French doors to the garden, and the kitchen connects to the living area and an outdoor dining spot. There is also a TV room. Six doubles and a twin, all en suite, three with bath and shower. Two staff rooms sit on the lower ground floor.
Outside
A front terrace of geraniums, and a large rear patio, partly covered and shaded by pines, with two lounge areas, barbecue and long dining table. A 5 x 10 m pool with paved sun terrace. A 150 m path leads to the beach, with a reed roofed hut, loungers and changing hut.

5 km from the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia. Punta Ala and Marina di Grosseto are 18 km, Grosseto 25 km. Pisa Airport is 129 km away.
