The villa
A contemporary house on a cliff of Monte Argentario, with large windows and generous terraces facing the sea. Arranged as five separate suites over two levels, each with its own terrace, it sleeps 15 guests with privacy for every group.
Inside
The master suite has an open plan living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, laundry, mezzanine study, guest bathroom and three doubles with en suite shower rooms. Suite 1: kitchen, living room, a double and a single. Suite 2: kitchen, library, a double and a twin. Suites 3 and 4 each hold a sea view double; suite 4 adds a living room and kitchen.
Outside
A 4.5 x 18 m infinity pool with a jacuzzi corner and a sundeck. Several terraces for coffee, dining and aperitivo, plus a wooden deck for yoga. A panoramic lift rises from the parking area, which takes six to eight cars.

750 m from the cove of Cala Moresca, a 10 minute walk along a private road, with a summer shuttle. Porto Santo Stefano is 6 km, Orbetello 16 km and Porto Ercole 18 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport is 152 km away.
