The villa
A two storey house at the tip of the Argentario peninsula, above Porto Santo Stefano, with a 180 degree view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Designed by D'Alessandro & Associates: clean lines, Amalfi Coast ceramics and South Tyrolean wood floors.
Inside
Ground floor: a grand living room, a smaller sitting area and a dining room opening onto the veranda, plus two doubles with en suite bathrooms, one with an adjoining study. Upstairs: a master suite with private terrace and en suite bathroom, a double with en suite bathroom, and four twins sharing two bathrooms. A gym, Starpool sauna in Swiss pine and Turkish bath.
Outside
A 14 x 6 m pool with saltwater sanitisation and heated teak surround, in a garden of Mediterranean plants with secluded corners. A games area with table football and table tennis. Terraces open from the upper floor.

4 km from Porto Santo Stefano. Orbetello is 7 km, Porto Ercole 9 km and Capalbio 33 km. Grosseto Airport is 45 km, Rome Fiumicino 141 km.
