The villa
A 450 sqm seaside villa on the cliffs of Castiglioncello, looking out over the Tuscan Archipelago. Interiors in soft blues and warm wood, with windows that fill every room with light.

Three floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, a dining area, a laundry, two doubles and a shower room. On the first floor, a living room with floor to ceiling windows opens onto a sea view terrace like a yacht deck. The top floor has four sea view doubles, two with solarium terraces, and two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath.
Outside
A circular seawater pool with a solarium and an outdoor bathroom, in a Mediterranean garden of tamarisk, holm oak and strawberry trees. Expansive terraces, a barbecue, and a private path down to flat rocks and clear water for snorkelling.

On the rocky coast 2.5 km from Castiglioncello. Rosignano Marittimo is 8 km, Livorno and Cecina 20 km. Pisa airport is 40 km.
