Three floors. The ground floor has a living and dining salone under a high ceiling, a professional kitchen, a second kitchen, a TV room and two doubles with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs, two doubles with en suites open onto a private terrace. The garden level has two twins with en suites, a sitting room and an en suite staff room.

A 20 x 4.5 m infinity saltwater pool with counter current, heated on request, and a large wooden pergola over the poolside. Several lounge and dining areas in the garden, a paved patio, an outdoor shower and a terrace day bed under a pergola.

In the countryside 4 km from Capalbio. Orbetello is 26 km and Porto Ercole 31 km; Saturnia hot springs are 40 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 117 km.
