The villa
A country house in northern Lazio, a few kilometres from the Tuscan border, surrounded by a private three hectare park. Rustic elegance: high ceilings with exposed beams, soft light and traditional country furnishings in neutral tones.
Inside
The ground floor has a lounge with fireplace, two dining tables for eight each, a kitchen with pantry, a guest bathroom, a lift and a master bedroom. Upstairs, a second master with its own sitting area, a double and a single. Two more doubles are in the annex, one with bathtub. Every bedroom has its own bathroom.
Outside
An 18 x 6 m pool with counter current and loungers, and an air conditioned pool house with shower room. A patio dining table for eight, an outdoor dining area for twenty, a lounge under a pergola and a barbecue. Parking for about nine cars.
Location
In the countryside a short drive from Tarquinia and its Etruscan tombs. Capalbio is 42 km, Viterbo 44 km and Orbetello 55 km. Rome Fiumicino airport is 85 km.
