The villa
A seaside villa on a private estate among pines and Mediterranean scrub on the Etruscan Coast, one of the few homes here with direct, fully equipped access to the beach. Bolgheri and its vineyards are close by.

The ground floor has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a powder room and a laundry. Upstairs, six doubles (four king, two queen), each with an en suite bathroom, and two terraces. A mezzanine holds a children's playroom, a kitchenette, a shower room and a staff bedroom.
Outside
Terraces on both floors with loungers, sofas and outdoor dining, a garden and a large lawn. The pool, 100 m from the house, has a solarium, changing rooms, showers and a small bar. A path through the pinewood and dunes reaches the reserved beach area in about 300 m.

1 km from the village of Marina di Bibbona. Bolgheri is 11 km, Cecina 10 km and Castagneto Carducci 16 km. Pisa airport is 67 km.
