The villa
A traditional Tuscan farmhouse with an adjoining cottage, surrounded by private olive groves and vineyards, with the scent of cypress and wild herbs. Terracotta floors, stone walls, open beams and arches, with modern comforts throughout.
Inside
Sleeps 22 in 11 bedrooms. The main house has nine, from 15 to 20 sq m, each with a private shower room; one adds a single bed on a mezzanine. Three kitchens, a living room with fireplace and a wellness area with heated Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The cottage: two doubles, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace.
Outside
A 16 x 8 m pool, up to 2.5 m deep, with a Jacuzzi for six and sun loungers, open from spring to late October. An outdoor lounge with sofas, a large dining table under the Tuscan sky, a barbecue, and a loggia with private garden for the cottage.
