The villa
A former watchtower of the Florentine army, dating to the 14th century, with a smaller second house and a cottage alongside. It stands on high ground above vineyards and olive groves, with wisteria over the gazebo and daily housekeeping.
Inside
Twelve double bedrooms, all en suite, for up to 24. The tower: seven doubles, one on a mezzanine, a travertine marble staircase, a country kitchen and a dining room for 24. The second house: four doubles plus a children's room with sofa bed, its own kitchen and sitting room. The cottage: one double, accessible for reduced mobility, with kitchen.
Outside
A 16 x 8 m pool with a shallow section for children, sunbathing areas, outdoor showers and a fridge, open mid May to late September. Landscaped rose gardens with shaded corners, a gazebo for dining, a barbecue and a wood fired pizza oven.

Three kilometres, a five minute drive, from Poggibonsi. Colle di Val d'Elsa is 11 km, San Gimignano 17 km, Siena 35 km. Florence Airport is 55 km, Pisa Airport 89 km.
