The villa
A classic Chianti farmhouse estate of four stone dwellings, set in a garden of fruit trees and roses and surrounded by oak forest and vineyards. Traditional Tuscan features, wooden beams and open fireplaces, with French doors onto the gardens.

Eleven en suite bedrooms for 22 guests, all convertible to twins. The main house: six bedrooms, an open plan kitchen with island and a table for 16, living room with fireplace, TV room. The cottage: two bedrooms and a lounge with open fire and grand piano. The barn: two doubles with forest views. The studio: one double with patio.
Outside
Manicured lawns lead to a panoramic 12 x 4 m pool with loungers, reached by a stone path linking the houses. Beside the pool, a gym with showers and a Turkish bath. Outdoor dining and lounge areas, barbecue, table tennis and a playground; walking and cycling through the vineyards.

Near the Vignamaggio winery, 3 km from Panzano in Chianti and 4 km from Greve in Chianti, with shops and restaurants. Florence is 32 km, Siena 47 km. Florence Airport is 50 km, Pisa Airport 96 km.
