The villa
A country house in the Val di Chiana near Brolio, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and a generous garden. Period furniture, exposed beams and bright fabrics give classic Tuscan rooms a contemporary touch.

Nine doubles, all en suite. The ground floor has a dining room, a living room with sofas, a professional kitchen, a double bedroom and a frescoed, stone walled room with a 5 x 2.5 m indoor pool with water jets and a sauna, both on request. Seven doubles upstairs, three bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs; a simpler attic double. Lift.
Outside
A 12 x 6 m pool with Roman steps and a spacious sun terrace, a generous garden and several outdoor dining areas facing the countryside. Parking for seven cars.

In the countryside 2 km from Brolio and 12 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. Cortona is 16 km and Arezzo 27 km; Florence airport is 110 km.
