The villa
An 18th century Tuscan country house in a small valley of rolling hills 5 km from Cortona, run with full hotel service: breakfast, daily housekeeping, a concierge and staff on site. Beams, terracotta, fine fabrics and work by local craftsmen throughout.
Inside
In all, 16 double rooms and suites for 32 guests, all with king or super king beds convertible to twins. The 10 spa suites of 55 to 100 m² have a private Turkish bath, multisensory showers and a double or triple Jacuzzi; most open onto a private garden. Two cottages in the old granary and stable. Dining room in the former wine cellar; lounge bar.
Outside
A 14 x 7 m pool with a beach area, 12 hydromassage stations and a Roman style staircase, surrounded by shaded lounging areas, a summer restaurant and a poolside lounge bar. Gardens with a ceremony lawn over the vineyards; an events hall for about 150 guests.
Location
In the countryside about 500 m from a small village with a supermarket, and 5 km from Cortona. Lake Trasimeno is 20 km, Montepulciano 34 km and Arezzo 36 km; Florence airport is 119 km.

The summer restaurant by the pool and the events hall can accommodate up to approximately 150 guests.
