The villa
A restored country estate below Cortona: a main house and a farmhouse around a central courtyard, in private grounds with curated gardens. Original timber beams, stone floors and archways, furnished with restraint, with views over the Val di Chiana, vineyards and olive groves.

There are 10 doubles, all en suite. The main villa, over three floors, has a marble entrance hall, study, living room, kitchen, a further bathroom and a first floor living area with a balcony over the courtyard. The farmhouse has a hall with a chandelier lit table, a lounge, a generous dining room, a kitchen with island and pantry, and five doubles upstairs.
Outside
A large pool with a spacious sun terrace, a shaded pergola with lounge and dining areas, a barbecue, and curated gardens with views of the hills and medieval Cortona.
