A 4 x 9 m pool with Roman steps and sun loungers, in a lush garden, with an al fresco dining area under a large gazebo overlooking the valley. Parking for five cars.

About 1 km from the centre of Cortona, with a restaurant 50 m away. Arezzo is 29 km, Montepulciano 32 km and Perugia 50 km; Florence airport is 118 km.
