The villa
A private estate in the countryside of Campagnano di Roma, made up of a main house with a warm country character and a pool house overlooking the swimming pool. It sleeps 12 in six double bedrooms, and a guardian lives discreetly elsewhere on the grounds.
Inside
The main house has living areas, dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Of its four bedrooms, two on the first floor share a bathroom; two more, up five further steps, are a master with en suite bathroom and a room with its own bathroom just outside. The pool house has two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. All beds are king size.
Outside
A large swimming pool lies at the centre of the property, surrounded by greenery. Beside it, the pool house forms an outdoor living and dining area, with an outdoor kitchen with sink and oven, a firepit and an outdoor shower.

In the countryside 4 km from Campagnano di Roma and 39 km from Rome and Vatican City. Formello is 11 km away, Lake Bracciano 20 km. Rome Ciampino airport is 54 km away, Fiumicino 59 km.
