The villa
A main house and two guest houses on a 70 hectare estate and polo horse farm near Magliano Sabina, restored by an Italian architect. Olive groves, wheat fields and views over the Sabine hills to Monte Soratte.
Inside
Main house: living room with fireplace under wooden beams, dining area, rustic kitchen with breakfast table, and three doubles upstairs with en suite bathrooms. The guest house above the pool has two suites, one with sofa bed, one with kitchenette. The guest house beside the pool has a suite with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a triple.
Outside
An infinity pool of about 15 x 4 m, filled with mineral spring water from Nepi. A rose framed portico and a covered pergola serve outdoor meals, with poolside dining, barbecue, a traditional pizza oven and table tennis. Rosemary and lavender scent the grounds.

In open countryside 11 km from Magliano Sabina. Civita Castellana and Otricoli are 16 km, Orte 24 km. Rome Ciampino Airport is 90 km, Rome Fiumicino 104 km.
