The villa
A 16th century property in 31 hectares of vineyards, looking over the valley and the Calanchi. Its garden holds contemporary works by Anish Kapoor, Banksy and Mitoraj among roses, lemon trees and cypresses. A chef and daily staff are part of the stay.
Inside
Ground floor: a large living room, two sitting rooms with fireplaces, a dining room for 12, a veranda, a twin and a double with garden access. First floor: four bedrooms, two with jacuzzi tubs. A further double sits on the top floor. All seven have en suite bathrooms. Beneath, a candlelit indoor pool, spa, gym and a wine cellar under tuff vaults.
Outside
An outdoor pool, 7.80 x 3.90 m, open April to October, with loungers facing the valley and vineyards. A pergola among lemon trees shelters outdoor dining, with an outdoor bar and a tennis court. The indoor pool, 14 x 6 m, is open all year.

In the countryside of northern Lazio, less than 1 km from a winery. Orvieto is 23 km, Viterbo 38 km and Rome 109 km. Rome Ciampino Airport is 122 km, Rome Fiumicino 140 km.
