The villa
A farmhouse on a family horse breeding estate in the countryside of northern Lazio, with eight thoroughbreds and an Etruscan grotto and archaeological site on the land. Inside, 1950s design meets antiques, Persian carpets and a century old piano.

A living room with double sided fireplace, a dining table cut from a fossilised tree, and an ultra modern kitchen. Ground floor: two suites opening to the garden, one wheelchair accessible. First floor: the master suite with its own fireplace, a mini suite with double or twin beds, and a two level loft suite with sofa bed. All five have en suite bathrooms.
Outside
A courtyard paved with large ancient Roman basalt stones, and a 12 m fountain pool, 60 cm deep, in the manner of the old village fountains. A lush garden holds outdoor lounge and dining areas. An 1,800 m track serves riders and morning runners.
