The villa
A seafront house by the architect Ferdinando Fagnola, set into the green hills above Portisco so it all but disappears from the water. Light filled interiors open onto terraces, within about 7,000 sqm of sculptural gardens.
Inside
A large living room opens onto the central terrace, with a dining area, a premium kitchen with wine cooler and a home cinema. The right wing holds the master bedroom with its own terrace and a single room; the left wing four doubles and a twin. A 50 sqm junior suite adds a sitting area, bathroom and terrace.
Outside
A 20 x 5 m heated seawater pool looks straight out to sea, framed by terraces, sunbathing areas and outdoor showers. There is an outdoor gym with Technogym equipment, a private path to the beach and a private dock for boat trips to Cala di Volpe and Porto Cervo.
Location
On the water at Portisco: the marina is 15 minutes on foot, as is Rena Bianca beach, and tennis courts are a 5 minute walk. Porto Rotondo and San Pantaleo are 15 minutes by car, Porto Cervo about 20. Olbia Airport is a 25 minute drive.
