The villa
A 1990s house in the hills of Pantogia, among Mediterranean scrub and granite, with uninterrupted views over the Gulf of Pevero. Bespoke designer furniture inside, Orosei marble outside, and a guest house in Sardinian style beside the pool.
Inside
The upper floor is one open living room with a kitchen, its floor to ceiling windows opening to a veranda with an outdoor dining table. Two staircases lead down to four double bedrooms, all en suite, each with a walk in wardrobe or storage and doors onto the terrace. The guest house has two doubles, a small sitting room with a sofa bed and a shared shower room.
Outside
The 11 x 3.5 m pool, 1.2 to 1.6 m deep with step access, sits between a shaded lounge and an 80 sqm marble solarium. A 100 sqm raised lawn and Mediterranean planting complete the garden, all facing the gulf.

Under 2 km from Porto Cervo. Cala di Volpe beach is 5 km away, Liscia Ruja and Capriccioli 7 km, and Baja Sardinia 8 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 30 km away.
