The villa
A spacious house on two floors in a lush garden above Porto San Paolo, with open views over the Tyrrhenian Sea to the islands of Tavolara and Molara. Generous shared rooms and a games floor make it a house for large families.
Inside
The garden floor has a living room, a dining room with a large table, a TV lounge, a study and the kitchen, with a master suite (bath and separate shower), two en suite doubles and a twin with private shower room. Below are an en suite double and twin, a laundry kitchen and a games room with billiards, table tennis, pinball, foosball and an arcade game.
Outside
An irregular pool of about 20 x 10 m, 3 m deep, with unheated water jets, open from early May to early October. Loungers line a wide deck, and a furnished patio holds a large dining table and a lounge, looking over the garden to the sea.

About 1.5 km from the centre of Porto San Paolo. The beaches of Porto Istana and Porto Taverna are 6 km away, Capo Ceraso 10 km and Olbia 15 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 12 km away, and Porto Cervo 42 km.
