The villa
A contemporary estate in a private park above Porto Rotondo: a main house and independent cottages in Sardinian materials and Orosei marble, with views from the Gulf of Cugnana to Mortorio. A concierge lives on site in a staff annex.
Inside
The main house has bright living areas, a designer dining room, a wine cellar and two kitchens, one indoors and one outside. Its master suite has windows on three sides, a walk in closet and a bathroom with sauna and sensory shower; a second double has a balcony and work area. Four cottages hold two triples and two doubles. Every bedroom is en suite.
Outside
An infinity pool with a teak sun deck, loungers and a large round sofa, a teak gazebo and a poolside shower. Meals are served on a covered veranda, beside a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. An outdoor gym sits in the garden, with a fitness tower under a bioclimatic pergola.
Location
In Porto Rotondo, about 450 m from the Piazzetta, a six minute walk, with shops, restaurants and the marina all on foot. Portisco is 13 km away, Porto Cervo 26 km. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 18 km away.
