The villa
A restored residence from the turn of the last century, directly facing the sea in the heart of Viareggio. Some 500 sq m of luminous interiors in light, delicate tones, for up to 19 guests.

The ground floor has a double living room, a kitchen, a laundry and two rooms with double sofa beds, each en suite, for four extra guests. The first floor holds four doubles, all en suite, two with sitting areas. On the second floor: a family suite of two connecting doubles sharing a bathroom, plus a double, two twins and a single, all en suite.
Outside
A 300 sq m private garden with a pool entered by Roman steps and fitted with four hydromassage jets, heating available at extra cost. Sun loungers, a lounge corner with sofas and a large umbrella shaded dining area.
Location
On the seafront in central Viareggio, a short stroll from the promenade, cafés and restaurants. Pisa airport is 31 km; Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta are 12 km, Lucca 30 km.
