The villa
A four storey palazzo built in the Classical style in 1930, in the heart of Forte dei Marmi and rented only in its entirety, for up to 20 guests. Pearl grey, gold and ivory interiors dressed in linen, silk and jacquard satin, with bed linen and towels made to order.
Inside
The ground floor holds two living rooms, a dining room, a cocktail area and bar, two working spaces, a cinema, and a spa with pool, sauna and Turkish bath. The three upper floors contain eleven bedrooms, each with a dressing area and en suite bathroom. A chef oversees breakfast and lunch; a lift serves all floors.
Outside
A pool and sunbathing terrace at the back of the first floor, and a roof terrace with garden, loungers and bar. The private fenced beach has shaded cabanas, a 24 sq m pool, a jacuzzi, a bar, a sea view restaurant and water sports equipment.
Location
In the centre of Forte dei Marmi, a one minute walk from the sand beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with the town's shops on the doorstep. A private driver is at guests' disposal 12 hours a day.
