The villa
A historic white fronted house in the Roma Imperiale quarter of Forte dei Marmi, recorded in the town's history books for the aristocratic families who lived here. Classic interiors over two levels, plus a separate guest annex, for up to 13 guests.
Inside
Two living rooms divided by an open fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen with pantry, a piano room, a TV room and a gym. Downstairs, a single and a twin share a bathroom. Upstairs, a master with fireplace, marble bathroom and terrace; a suite of a double and a twin; and a double suite with study and garden entrance. The annex has a twin room and sitting room.
Outside
A flat 4000 sq m park of lawns and pine trees encircles the house, with a large pool placed for privacy, a sundeck with loungers, a gazebo for dining with a barbecue, and table tennis. The master terrace looks over the park to the mountains.

In Roma Imperiale, less than 3 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi. Pisa airport is 42 km; Viareggio is 13 km and Lucca 37 km.
