The villa
A traditional 16th century house on a hill above Camaiore, carefully restored with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, antique furnishings and fine fabrics. Ten bedrooms over three floors sleep up to 19 guests.
Inside
The ground floor has a living room with a large fireplace, a dining room with a second fireplace, a kitchen, a TV room, a piano room, a reading lounge and a guest bathroom. Six doubles are on the first floor; the lower ground floor holds further bedrooms, a gym and a TV room. Every bedroom is en suite and cooled by an underfloor system.
Outside
A garden with a 12 x 5.5 m infinity pool and a sundeck with loungers. Under a pergola, a large outdoor dining area with a barbecue and wood burning oven. A private garage holds up to eight cars.
Location
About 1.5 km from the centre of Camaiore and 500 m from restaurants and shops in Vado. Pisa airport is 41 km; Pietrasanta is 10 km, Viareggio 13 km, Forte dei Marmi 17 km and Lucca 33 km.
