An 18 m by 5.5 m infinity pool with a beach style entry, loungers and parasols. A 100 square metre covered veranda holds three dining tables and a sitting area, beside a barbecue area and a garden of olive and carob trees.

About 20 km from Ragusa and 9 km from the beach at Marina di Ragusa. Scicli is 13 km and Modica 23 km. The estate's olive mill, with daily tastings, is a two minute drive. Comiso airport is 38 km, Catania 153 km.
