The villa
A 430 square metre house built in the 19th century by the Schininà family and carefully restored, set among aromatic herbs and ancient olive trees in the countryside inland from Marina di Ragusa. Period charm meets modern comfort across two floors.
Inside
From the patio, the ground floor opens into a living and dining area with kitchen beneath a high vaulted ceiling, with a mezzanine lounge. Three en suite doubles here, one with a mezzanine double bed, one with a sofa bed. An external stone stair leads to a second living room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and three more doubles.
Outside
A 12 m by 6 m pool with a paved sun deck, loungers and a large shaded gazebo. Beneath the trees, an outdoor dining area has a barbecue; upstairs, a sun terrace and a smaller terrace look over the countryside.

In the countryside 15 km from Ragusa and 17 km from Ragusa Ibla. The beach at Marina di Ragusa is 16 km, Modica 25 km. Comiso airport is 36 km, Catania 111 km.
