A 12 m by 6 m infinity pool looks over the countryside, beside a solarium and a spacious veranda. There is a barbecue area and a wooden gazebo in the garden.

About 5 km from Castelvetrano and 11 km from the temples of Selinunte. Menfi is 21 km, Mazara del Vallo 26 km. Trapani airport is 59 km, Palermo 100 km.
