The heated infinity pool overlooks the rolling greenery around the estate. There is a large landscaped garden scented with aromatic herbs, a covered portico for shaded lounging or outdoor dining, and private parking with an electric car charging point. An electric vehicle is provided.

On a country estate 20 km from Volterra and 19 km from San Gimignano, among hills and vineyards. Siena is 46 km away, Bolgheri 55 km. Pisa airport is 74 km away, Florence airport 80 km.
