A large pool terrace with a charcoal barbecue for outdoor cooking and dining, and a simple stone terrace for dinners under the stars, all framed by woodland and Tuscan planting. Parking for seven cars.

In the wooded hills 5 km from Palaia and 8 km from Peccioli. Pisa airport is 37 km away, Volterra 35 km, San Gimignano 40 km and Florence airport 68 km.
