A carefully restored villa on a gentle hill near Palaia, set on grassy natural terraces within seven hectares of olive groves. Period furniture and exposed beams inside; a tower crowns the house and looks over the Tuscan hills.
Inside
The ground floor has an open plan living and dining area, a kitchen and a double with a shower room. An outdoor stone stair and a steel and wood spiral stair lead up to a lounge with a large fireplace, two doubles and a bathroom. The tower holds a fourth double with its own shower room.
Outside
A 10.6 x 6.6 m pool with a paved sun deck, an outdoor shower and an outdoor gym, in a garden with long views. A furnished pergola shelters a pizza oven, and olive groves invite long walks. Gated parking for up to 20 cars.

In the countryside 8 km from the centre of Palaia, with restaurants 2 km away. Pisa airport is 36 km away, San Miniato 30 km, Volterra 32 km and Florence airport 65 km.
