A restored 16th century olive press, once the private press of the noble Controni family, set among terraced olive groves with a striking red façade. Beamed ceilings, traditional furniture and rich fabrics give a refined rustic feel.

On the ground floor, a formal living room, a TV room, a dining room for eight and a Tuscan kitchen with an eat in breakfast area. Upstairs, four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin that joins into a double, each with an en suite shower room.

Terraced olive groves open onto a view across the valley to Lucca's towers. The floodlit pool, 8 x 4 m, is framed by greenery, and a barbecue and outdoor dining area sit in front of the red façade.

In the countryside of Capannori, 7 km from Lucca. Pisa airport is 20 km away, Pisa 16 km, the Versilia coast 30 km and Florence 85 km.
