A restored Umbrian farmhouse on a hillside near Magione, looking over the hills around Lake Trasimeno. Traditional architecture meets contemporary finishes across a main villa and a dépendance, sleeping eight in four bedrooms.
Inside
The main villa's ground floor has an open plan kitchen with rustic dining area, a living room and a shower room. Upstairs, two doubles share a bathroom with double vanity and hydromassage shower, and a twin has its own en suite; all open onto a sitting area with working fireplace. The dépendance has a double with en suite shower room and, below, a spa with sauna and sensorial shower.
Outside
A 9 by 4 m pool faces the wide views over the countryside and the lake. Landscaped grounds surround the house, with open vistas from every corner.

On a hillside 2 km from Magione and 4 km from Monte del Lago on the shore of Lake Trasimeno. Perugia is 24 km away, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 32 km and Assisi 47 km.
