The villa
A countryside property north of Perugia that blends Umbrian tradition with contemporary style, set in a maintained, fenced garden with open views of the hills. A main villa and a dépendance sleep eight in four doubles.
Inside
The main villa has a living room with fireplace and a kitchen with dining room; upstairs are two doubles. The dépendance, facing it, holds two more doubles over two floors. All four have king beds and en suite shower rooms. A pool cottage adds a sitting room, a dining table under a timber ceiling, a cooking area and laundry.
Outside
A 14 by 4 m infinity pool, heated on request, with loungers and deckchairs. In front of the pool cottage, a heated 2 by 2 m Jacuzzi and a lounge under a pergola. A large outdoor dining table sits beside a barbecue and wood fired pizza oven, and panoramic terraces. Parking for four cars.

In the countryside north of Perugia, within reach of the Antognolla golf course and the estate restaurant, about five minutes by car. Perugia is 20 km away, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 25 km and Gubbio 37 km.
