The villa
A carefully restored Umbrian farmhouse in the rolling hills along the border with Tuscany, between Arezzo and Perugia, with wide views over the countryside. Four doubles over two floors sleep eight.
Inside
A light filled living room with a wood beamed ceiling and open fire, a long dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen. Four doubles with beamed ceilings, one on the ground floor and three upstairs, each with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. One upstairs room converts to twins.
Outside
A 14 by 3.5 m pool with sun loungers sits within a lush garden. A spacious veranda is set for outdoor dining. Parking beside the villa for two or three cars.

In the countryside 14 km from Città di Castello. Cortona is 35 km away, Arezzo 51 km, Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport 53 km and Perugia 54 km.
