An internal courtyard opens to a large landscaped garden with a pool and furnished sun terrace, a hot tub, barbecue and outdoor dining area. Private parking within the grounds.

In the Salento countryside outside Martano. Lecce is 20 km, the beaches of San Foca 25 km and Torre dell'Orso 34 km, Gallipoli 48 km. Brindisi Airport is 68 km.
