The villa
A contemporary Tuscan house with an adjoining apartment, set in its own olive groves outside Florence. Exposed beams and a soothing neutral palette; a connecting door lets the two parts live as one house or as two independent spaces.
Inside
On the entrance floor: living room, formal dining room, main kitchen, home theatre, billiard room and the apartment's living room with kitchenette. Above, seven bedrooms: five doubles, one quadruple Loft Room and one twin, with five bathrooms plus two guest bathrooms. The Tower Room and Loft Room sit on the top floor. A wellness area with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage bed, plus yoga and games rooms.
Outside
A 15 x 8 m pool with Roman steps, open from May to September, is surrounded by sun loungers, garden and olive trees. Terraces, firepits and an outdoor dining area complete the grounds, with countryside and city views.
