The villa
A traditional Apulian house near Putignano, where an old stone lamia and trullo connect to a newly built wing. Exposed stone walls, a stone fireplace and modern touches, within a garden of almond and cherry trees.
Inside
The old part, about 60 sqm, holds a vaulted living area with sofa, dining table and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine room with a double and a single bed, a trullo with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. The 35 sqm new wing has a double and a single bed and a shower room.
Outside
A 10 x 4 m lightly salted pool, heatable to 38°C on request, with sun loungers. Sofas sit under a pergola beside an outdoor counter with induction hob, fridge and speakers, and an outdoor shower. The grounds cover 600 sqm, with parking and an EV charging point.
Location
In the countryside about 4 km from Putignano, with supermarkets and grocers. Alberobello is 12 km, Locorotondo 20 km, Polignano a Mare 24 km and Bari Airport 57 km.
