Part of a historic masseria dating to the 16th century, for centuries a hunting lodge of the Acquaviva d'Aragona, Counts of Conversano. About 250 sqm on a single floor, with white stone chianche floors, open stone walls and 19th century paintings.

A fenced 3,000 sqm Mediterranean garden of centuries old olive, almond and fig trees within dry stone walls. A path leads to an 8 x 4 m pool with furnished solarium and a private tennis court. A covered patio seats up to 12, with a gas barbecue and a hammock.

In the countryside 1 km from the village of Triggianello, with shops, restaurant and pharmacy, and 4 km from Conversano. Castellana Grotte is 5 km, the sea at Monopoli and Polignano a Mare 12 km, and Bari Airport 40 km.
