The villa
A newly built villa in the manner of a traditional masseria, with exposed stone vaults and contemporary finishes, set among olive groves, fruit trees and dry stone walls in the countryside between San Michele Salentino and San Vito dei Normanni.
Inside
The ground floor holds a generous open plan living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and a guest bathroom. The lower floor has a laundry room and a second guest bathroom. Daily housekeeping on weekdays and a concierge are included.
Outside
A 5 x 8 m saltwater pool with hydromassage loungers, heated on request, and an outdoor shower. A marble outdoor bar with fridge and ice maker, an al fresco lounge and a veranda with a large dining table. The estate is fully fenced, with parking for five cars.

In the countryside less than 4 km from the centre of San Michele Salentino. San Vito dei Normanni is 10 km, Ostuni 16 km, the Torre Guaceto reserve 20 km and Brindisi Airport 39 km.
