The villa

On the ground floor, a bright open plan living and dining area and a well equipped kitchen, with a double bedroom, walk in closet and private shower room. A spiral staircase rises to a mezzanine twin room, convertible to a double, with its own shower room, overlooking the living area.

A 10 x 4 m pool with a furnished poolside. Under a pergola, an al fresco dining area with a large table, outdoor kitchen and barbecue. An outdoor gym with TRX trainer, and a furnished rooftop terrace with views of the countryside and the sea.

In the countryside 8 km from Ostuni and 2 km from the restaurants of Rosa Marina. Savelletri is 18 km, Cisternino and Fasano 19 km, and Brindisi Airport 43 km.
