Three double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, over two floors. On the ground floor, a king size bedroom and a queen size bedroom, one with a private terrace; the third bedroom is on the lower floor. A spacious living room, modern kitchen and guest bathroom; laundry below.

A 13 by 3.5 m pool, 1.5 m deep, with sun loungers and sea views. An outdoor dining area with large table and barbecue, an outdoor shower and a playground, all within gated stone walls.

Near the coast, 5 km from the beach at Porto Selvaggio, with a bar and supermarket 600 m away. Nardò is 11 km, Porto Cesareo 12 km and Gallipoli 21 km. Brindisi Airport is 83 km.
