The villa
A bright, contemporary villa in a well kept Mediterranean garden in southern Salento, with a main house and a separate dépendance overlooking the pool. Large windows open the interiors to the garden in light, natural tones.

The main house has a living and dining room, a kitchen with dining area, a TV room and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs: a king size master, a queen size double, a single room, two shower rooms and a panoramic terrace. The dépendance adds a double with en suite shower and an open plan living area with a double sofa bed.
Outside
A 3 x 8 m pool with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and parasols. The garden holds an al fresco dining area with a large table and barbecue, a fitness area, table tennis and a volleyball court. Covered parking for three cars.

In the countryside of southern Salento, 7 km from Gallipoli and 9 km from Baia Verde. Porto Cesareo is 33 km, Lecce 38 km, Otranto 47 km and Brindisi Airport 89 km.
