Three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin that can become a double, each with an en suite shower room and its own access to the terraces and garden. A guest bathroom and laundry area complete the house.

A 13.3 x 3 m saltwater infinity pool, heated on request, with a paved poolside furnished with sun loungers. A shaded dining area with barbecue and a natural marble table sits beside the kitchen, with an outdoor lounge and outdoor shower. Covered parking behind an automatic gate.

In the countryside about 3 km from Carovigno, where all services are found. San Vito dei Normanni is 9 km, Ostuni 10 km and Brindisi Airport 29 km.
