The villa
A Renaissance house set in seven acres of olive groves, vineyards and woodland, enclosed by a 15th century stone wall. Florentine frescoes, stained glass and stone fireplaces meet quiet modern comfort; a cook, daily breakfast and a house manager are part of the stay.

Five salons, including a frescoed Portrait Salon and a Marble Salon with a corner bar, two dining rooms, a library, a tower room, a glass domed atrium, a family kitchen and a professional chef's kitchen. Seven queen size suites from 25 to 140 sq m, all en suite, most with sitting rooms and fireplaces; the largest has a 16th century four poster bed.
Outside
Renaissance gardens with fountains and statues, six terraces, a 12 x 4 m heated infinity pool, a tennis court, a light filled Limonaia for dinners, a small Conventino for yoga, a chapel and a Temple of Diana at the end of a cypress path.

In the hills near Scopeti, 32 km from Florence. Florence airport is 50 km, Pisa airport 117 km; Greve in Chianti is 49 km and Arezzo 77 km. The nearest grocery store is 5 km away.
