Figline Valdarno
A cosy stone farmhouse in the middle of an organic olive grove, its large pool overlooking the silvery leaves.
The villa
A restored stone farmhouse set in an olive grove on a 16th century organic estate that produces its own wine, olive oil, honey and salumi. Softer and more intimate than its neighbours, with the estate's signature design details.
Inside
A living room with a working fireplace and a modern kitchen with a separate laundry room. Four double suites, each with an en suite bathroom with shower stall, bathtub and double sinks: one on the ground floor for guests who prefer no stairs, three upstairs.
Outside
A large pool looking over the olive grove, lined with sun beds and umbrellas, and a wide shaded terrace for dining outdoors.
Location
On the Chianti hillside above Figline Valdarno, about 45 minutes by car south of Florence, just up the road from the estate shop selling its organic produce.
